GEAPS Exchange 2025: ScrapeTec Sets New Standards in the Grain Industry<\/h1>\n

The GEAPS Exchange 2025 in Kansas once again served as the central meeting point for professionals in the grain industry. This year, a particularly pressing topic was at the forefront: high dust levels and the associated explosion risk. Conveyor system operators are under significant pressure to optimize their systems in order to minimize safety hazards.<\/p>\n

At the trade show, ScrapeTec showcased advanced solutions for dust reduction and operational safety\u2014focusing on the AirScrape\u00ae, an innovative and patented contactless side sealing system for transfer points.<\/p>\n

The AirScrape\u00ae is an innovative solution and plays a key role in conveyor skirt sealing systems. Unlike conventional conveyor belt sealing methods that wear out through direct contact with the belt and fail to effectively contain dust, the AirScrape\u00ae operates without contact. Its specially designed blades create a vacuum on the conveyor belt, drawing fine dust particles back into the material flow.
