Clean Transfer Points: ScrapeTec at SOLIDS 2026
SOLIDS Dortmund 2026 once again confirmed its role as a key meeting point for the bulk solids and process industries. On March 18–19, industry professionals and exhibitors gathered in the Westfalenhallen to exchange insights on current developments in conveying technology and process optimization.
ScrapeTec International GmbH presented itself as a specialist in innovative solutions for sealing conveyor transfer points—one of the most critical areas in material handling. The focus was on preventing dust emissions, which continue to pose challenges in terms of efficiency, workplace safety, and environmental protection.
Particular attention was given to the patented AirScrape® system, which operates without contact above the conveyor belt. Based on the Venturi principle, it keeps dust particles within the material flow and effectively prevents fugitive dust emissions. At the same time, the absence of contact significantly reduces wear as well as maintenance and energy costs.
With this approach, ScrapeTec consistently pursues a strategy of preventing dust at the source rather than relying on downstream extraction systems. Complementary products within the portfolio support this holistic concept and help optimize transfer points in terms of cleanliness, efficiency, and durability.
The company’s presence at the exhibition attracted strong interest from international trade visitors. In particular, the preventive approach to dust control and the combination of efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness resonated with current industry demands.
ScrapeTec’s appearance at SOLIDS 2026 once again underlined its position as an innovative solution provider in modern conveying technology.
